During the meeting, His Royal Highness reviewed the plans of the concerned entities for receiving pilgrims and the procedures for organizing their entry, in addition to assessing the readiness of security, health, emergency, and service provisions offered to the Guests of Allah.
The meeting also reviewed coordination mechanisms among relevant entities, crowd management plans, pilgrims’ transportation routes, and approved field procedures, ensuring the swift completion of processes and the efficient delivery of services.
The agenda items were discussed, and the necessary recommendations were adopted accordingly.
