His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Abdullah bin Abdulaziz, the Deputy Governor of the Northern Borders Region, received in his office today the Director General of the General Authority for State Real Estate branch in the Northern Borders Region, Abdulrahman bin Al-Safawi Al-Anzi.
During the reception, His Royal Highness listened to an explanation regarding the strategy of the Authority in protecting state real estate, its developmental and economic role, and its efforts in achieving the optimal use of the state real estate system. This contributes to meeting government needs, raising spending efficiency, and rationalizing costs.
The meeting also included a review of the Authority’s efforts in managing the state real estate portfolio, working to reduce the leasing portfolio, and enhancing the efficiency of asset utilization to support the achievement of the goals of Saudi Vision 2030.
