His Royal Highness Prince Faisal bin Khalid bin Sultan bin Abdulaziz, Governor of the Northern Borders Region, chaired today at the Governorate's headquarters the meeting of the Main Traffic Safety Committee in the region, in the presence of the committee members from the relevant authorities.
During the meeting, His Highness was briefed on the most prominent results of the committee's completed works, performance reports, and the improvement witnessed in the levels of traffic safety in the region. He was also briefed on the implemented plans that contribute to raising the efficiency of roads, elevating the level of traffic safety, and enhancing the culture of safe driving and adherence to regulations and instructions.
His Highness urged the continuation of work in a manner that achieves the desired goals and preserves lives and properties, emphasizing the importance of integration and harmony among the relevant authorities.
The meeting discussed the statistical indicators related to traffic safety, and a number of topics listed on the agenda, regarding which the necessary recommendations were taken.
