His Royal Highness Prince Faisal bin Khalid bin Sultan bin Abdulaziz, Governor of the Northern Borders Region, decorated the Director of the Passports Department in the region, Major General Ahmed bin Abdulaziz Al Baniyyah, with his new rank in his office today, following the issuance of the generous Royal Order promoting him to the rank of Major General.
His Highness congratulated Major General Al-Baniyyah on this generous royal trust, wishing him success in serving the religion, then the King, and the homeland.
