His Royal Highness Prince Faisal bin Khalid bin Sultan bin Abdulaziz, Governor of the Northern Borders Region, received in his office at the Governorate's headquarters today, the Secretary-General of the Princess Seetah bint Abdulaziz Award for Excellence in Social Work, Doctor Fahd bin Hamad Al Maghlouth.
During the reception, the objectives of the award and its role in supporting qualitative initiatives and enhancing the culture of excellence in social work were reviewed, alongside discussing ways of joint cooperation in a manner that contributes to achieving the goals of social development and empowering initiatives with sustainable impact.
Following the meeting, His Highness honored the male and female students winning the Princess Seetah bint Abdulaziz Award for Excellence in Social Work, in the presence of the Secretary General of the Award, Doctor Fahd bin Hamad Al Maghlouth, and the Director General of Education in the Northern Borders Region, Saeed bin Musaed Al Zahrani.
His Highness congratulated the male and female winners, praising the excellence they achieved, which reflects the care and attention that the sons and daughters of the homeland receive, emphasizing that supporting the distinguished and motivating them to continue excelling and innovating contributes to preparing a generation capable of serving its homeland and contributing to its development. He noted the great attention given by the wise leadership may God support it to empowering the youth, developing their capabilities, and motivating them towards excellence and innovation, in alignment with the goals of Saudi Vision 2030, and enhancing their role in serving the community.
During the meeting, His Highness was briefed on the efforts of the Princess Seetah bint Abdulaziz Award for Excellence in Social Work in supporting community initiatives, encouraging excellence in social work, and highlighting inspiring national models.
For his part, the Secretary General of the Princess Seetah bint Abdulaziz Award for Excellence in Social Work expressed his thanks to His Highness the Governor of the Northern Borders Region for his support and attention to initiatives that enhance the culture of excellence and social work.
