His Royal Highness Prince Faisal bin Khalid bin Sultan bin Abdulaziz, Governor of the Northern Borders Region, pinned the new rank of Major General on the Director of Northern Borders Region Prisons, Major General Ahmed bin Ali Al Qahtani, in his office today, following the issuance of the Royal Decree promoting him to the rank of Major General.
His Highness congratulated Major General Al Qahtani on this occasion, wishing him success and guidance, and hoping that this promotion would serve as an incentive to continue giving and exerting further efforts in serving the religion, then the King and the country.
For his part, the Director of Northern Borders Region Prisons expressed his gratitude to HRH the Governor of the Northern Borders Region, affirming his pride in this confidence and his keenness to continue performing his duties with utmost seriousness and dedication.
