His Royal Highness Prince Faisal bin Khalid bin Sultan bin Abdulaziz, Governor of the Northern Borders Region, received in his office today the newly appointed representative of the National Center for Vegetation Cover Development and Combating Desertification in the region, Turki bin Ruwaie al Ruwaili.
His Royal Highness congratulated Al-Ruwaili on the occasion of his appointment, wishing him success in his duties. His Royal Highness emphasized the importance of the efforts exerted in developing vegetation cover, preserving environmental resources, and enhancing environmental sustainability in the region.
During the reception, the Governor of the Northern Borders Region listened to an explanation regarding the plans and programs of the center in the region, as well as the efforts made in the field of protecting vegetation cover and combating desertification.
