Request for Pardon of a Prisoner
An electronic service that allows a beneficiary to submit an electronic request, submitted by a relative of the prisoner, seeking exemption from the remainder of the sentence.
- The applicant must have an active account in the National Single Sign-On service.
- Fill in the required data (prisoner's name - prisoner's ID number - prison name - case type - type of request)
- Clarify the relationship to the prisoner (attach a copy of the power of attorney if the applicant is a legal representative).
- Clarification of prison location
- Attach the judgment document
- Applicant's ID photo
