Request for Rehabilitation

A digital service that allows the beneficiary to submit a request for rehabilitation electronically through the platform, with the aim of restoring his legal and reputational status after the expiry of the penalty issued against him and fulfilling the conditions and controls specified by law.

  3. Choose inmate services - Request for expungement (Restoration of honor)
  4. Enter all the required data
  5. The acknowledgment that the information provided is accurate and that a similar application has not been previously submitted.
